Ryan and I recently dusted off our mountain bikes that have been hanging in the garage (untouched) since Germany. We purchased a seat for Hayden and had it attached to the back of my bike. Last night we did our first ride just around the neighborhood and stopped at the little ice cream parlor around the corner. Hayden LOVED the ride! He couldn't stop grinning and would shout an excited 'hello' to everybody we passed. Once we got home all he could talk about while in his bath and going to bed was the bike. And, when he awoke this morning that was the first thing he said.
So this morning we drove about 20 minutes away to a path that is 3.5 miles long around a lake and rode the loop and ended at the playground for Hayden to run around. It was a fun way to spend the morning especially with this beautiful fall-like weather we are having.
Hayden loves to hang so the rings were perfect for him.
