Big Brother Hayden!
Hayden came to the hospital on Monday to meet Logan for the first time. It was such a tender moment and we couldn't have been more proud of Hayden. He was eager to meet the baby and kept saying 'hi Logan' as he watched him from on the bed. He kept wanting to touch Logan but would stop himself and instead blow kisses. At one point he even said, "he's cute." It was a special moment to see our two boys meet for the first time whom we hope will become life long friends.
Since coming home, Hayden has had a few moments of talking back but otherwise, we can't ask for more from him. When Logan cries he offers his blanket (Hayden's MOST prized possession) and if he's sleeping he tells us to whisper and sometimes he'll gently rock him in the bouncy seat. He has asked for Logan first thing in the morning and after nap and has also wanted 'Logan to come too" when he and daddy have gone out to do some fun big boy things. Hopefully this trend continues.
Logan has been so sweet! He is quite the eater which is a difference from Hayden as a newborn. We are totally smitten!
