My parents came last weekend to celebrate a belated Christmas and spend a few days. Logan has just started to pick up some new words and his latest: MiMi and PopPop or as he says, "NiNi & BaBa." He was constantly addressing them by name and the moment anybody left the room, he would ask for them in a pathetic voice as if his feelings were hurt. My parents kept the boys busy, or perhaps it was the boys who kept them busy. Either way, loads of fun! PopPop executed football plays and soccer scrimmages in the basement and hockey in the kitchen. MiMi helped build a Lincoln Log village, read books and led a couple of dance parties with the boys.
Both boys were disappointed to see them leave. Logan is still asking (with a pathetic, longing tone) for Nini and Baba!
