Hayden and I just spent the last three weeks at Lackland, AFB (San Antonio) visiting Ryan who is there attending an eleven week course. Over Memorial Weekend we got a chance to reunion with our closest friends from Germany. It has been four years since we have all been together. We are now scattered between Nebraska, Louisiana and New Jersey. To best mark time, last time we all saw one another none of us had any children and now there are a total of 4 kids! We spent the weekend at our friend's parent's home in Three Rivers Texas. They have beautiful land full of cows, dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and a swimming pool. What more could a kid want!? It was the best weekend...the kids played well together and the adults had fun visiting too...especially after the kids went to bed.
'Bebo' greeted us in the driveway when we arrived. I never felt more like a 'city girl' as I was uncertain if it was safe to get out of the car...running with the bulls came to mind.
