Fourth of July Weekend

We spent the 4th of July weekend in Virgina at Allison & Sheldon's house. My parents came over each day. Despite some rainy weather, we managed to make two trips to the pool. Hayden loved having the freedom to float/kick around with an inner tube. Sheldon, who has now been training and competing in Triathlons for the past 6 months, convinced Ryan to go on two early morning intense bike rides. A little 'brotherly' competition I suppose. Also, a bonus, our niece Alexis (who lives in California) was traveling in DC with a Girl Scout trip. Ryan and I met her for lunch which was such a treat for us so see her since we live so far apart.
