Weekend in MD

This year Mother's Day and my birthday overlapped which caused for double the celebrating! We went to MD on Friday morning to stay with my parents and visit with Allison and her family. (I will really miss the easy 2.5 hr. drive 'home' when we move to Ohio) The cousins are always so happy to see each other. Now that they are older they seem to just go off and play together which is nice (naturally, Julia and Logan remain with the grown-ups).

At the butterfly exhibit in the Museum of Natural History where we went in search of dinosaur bones! Hayden really wanted the butterflies to land on him.

MiMi and PopPop's neighborhood has very little traffic but also no sidewalks. Hayden found it thrilling to be allowed to ride his bike in the street.
