Special Houseguests

My parents just came for a visit on their way from SC to MD. Ohio is really not on the way, so we really appreciate their driving out to visit. They were our first overnight houseguests in Ohio. It was a great weekend and we were blessed with the first feeling of Autumn weather with cooler temps, a crisp breeze and rich, blue skies. We went to a pumpkin patch to pick our pumpkins. It was a 500 yard walk out to the patch which turned out to be a fun alternative, even to the hayride we were expecting.
The rest of the weekend was full of Legos, playing baseball (Hayden has determined that PopPop if the best pitcher), soccer, parks and more.
Next, we are really looking forward to seeing Grandma and Grandpa who will be flying from Washington to spend Christmas with us!

PopPop and his buddy, Hayden.

MiMi and Logan walking. Logan walked most of the way to the patch.

So beautiful!!! We were the only ones in the pumpkin patch.

For a while Hayden was pulling the wagon and Logan was pushing it.

Maybe this pumpkin.
