We had a really nice visit with Ryan's parents. The boys have already asked, "When can Grandma and Grandpa come back and visit?" Here are some highlights from our week.

Ryan and his Dad went to visit Fort Pickens and a nearby battery. Larry is a histroy buff so it was a great day for the both of them.
We kept Hayden home from school on their last day and went to the beach in the morning. Owen met a friend
While eating breakfast before school one morning Hayden exclaimed, "We have two large eagles in our backyard." We were even more surprised to see that they were peacocks! They casually sauntered across our yard and eventually hopped the fence into our neighbors. The motorcycle in the foreground was our Mother's Day gift for Sherrie. (they have a large memorial garden for Ross in their backyard and given Ross' love for motorcycles we thought this would be a nice addition). We speculated that maybe they were attracted to the wheels as they would spin in the breeze.
