Pack 105, Den 4

We have a Tiger Cub Scout in the house!!!  We are very excited for all that scouts has to offer; goal setting, character building, service oriented, leadership training and FUN!!!  It is very family-oriented which is super!  Hayden was placed into Den 4 with 5 peers.  His elementary school is so large (15 first grade classrooms) that not one person from his kindergarten class is in his first grade classroom.  It will be wonderful to have a small group to meet with consistently (he will keep the same group next year too).  Den meetings are every other week for an hour and time is spent learning more about being a scout and working towards earning a patch.  Every other family in our Den is also military which will provide a lot of support during Ryan's deployment.   Hayden is always sure to mention his cousin Tyler who just transitioned from Cub Scout to Boy Scout out in California.

Doesn't he look cute?!  They encouraged us to purchase the shirts big so they can wear them a few years.  We still have to have the patches sewn on.
