Two weeks ago we learned some discouraging news about our townhouse neighbor which required action in order to make our townhouse most marketable.
We learned that Ryan hadn't received his official orders to Ohio because they still had him medically coded which would have prevented him from moving.
We were still waiting for the building permit process to complete on our Ohio home. (tick, tock)
We were having trouble finding a reasonable month-to-month apartment rental for Ryan in Ohio since he reports in May and the house won't be ready until July.
Fast forward to the end of this last week!
We have a buyer on our townhouse and are under contract!
Ryan has received his official orders (the code should have been removed already but required some phone calls)!
Our property was staked and digging has begun!
We have locked Ryan into a great month-to-month apartment!
Talking about stress relieved!!

This picture was taken at a future back window. Our backyard actually extends 6 feet beyond those two (half dead) small pines. It is difficult to tell but it is over 86 feet deep from the back of our house to the end of our property line. Lots of good room to play.
