The weather was gorgeous Easter morning which made a church service on the water that much more glorious! My Dad came into town so it was wonderful to share the holiday with him.
We colored eggs the day before.
Hayden left a note for the Easter bunny instructing him/her to 'hide the eggs super hard.'
After church we stopped by a favorite park which boasts a large skateboard ramp area. The boys brought their skateboards and scooters but quickly decided they were most comfortable on their scooters with the steep inclines. Owen had his little 'training bike' (two wheels but no pedals) and rode up and down and all around. We stopped by Panara Bread for a light lunch and then returned home only to enjoy the lovely weather some more sitting outside. Easter dinner was ham w/raisin sauce, scalloped potatoes and steamed green beans. Simple but delicious. It was a wonderful day!
