Holiday Fun!

We were invited over to a friend's house to decorate Christmas cookies. Both boys had so much fun! There were many different colors of icing and tons of various sprinkles. Hayden was very thorough with the sprinkles!


Hayden's preschool provided a recipe in their December newsletter for non-edible Christmas cookies. Using nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, applesauce and Elmers glue I created a dough. Then, the boys used little cutters to cut out shapes. We poked a hole in the top and baked them for several hours (making my house smell wonderful!), turning them into Christmas ornaments.
