Last Saturday was a wonderful morning! Hayden slept in (until 7!) and after homemade buttermilk pancakes, we lingered in our pjs. Then, mid-morning we all went out back--Ryan picked the last of our lettuce and then replaced those plants (which are cooler weather plants) with zucchini and cucumber plants (which we had in pots). Hayden and Logan worked together to water our flowers and then the boys and I ventured into the field behind our house to cut wildflowers. It was a lovely morning.
