Hayden is thriving and learning at warp speed! He just LOVES school and loves, loves to learn! We are so pleased with his progress and dedication to his schoolwork. He is eager to follow all the classroom rules and has made it his personal goal to stay on 'green' every day for the whole year. (note: The teacher has a card system for behavior. Each morning the students all start on the color green and are asked to change their card to another color if not following directions/rules etc. We have encouraged Hayden on his quest but assured him it is okay to change his card every once in a while because we all make mistakes. We don't want to add any more pressure on him.)
Hayden is reading and writing. Just this morning, before school (he is like me and doesn't want to be idle for one moment), he wrote the following story without any help.
It reads:
My car is fas (fast) and my car is cool. is my car gowing (going) to win? Yes!
So much fun!!!!!
