Fort Barrancas

Ryan had today off and with decent weather we decided to revisit Fort Barrancas, a historic United States military fort located physically on Naval Air Station Pensacola.  We had a blast exploring!!  Owen was such a big boy and walked/hiked/ran the whole time.

We started with a (Chick-Fil-A) picnic.

 

The boys received walkie-talkies for Christmas and this was a perfect forum to break them in.

...talking to Daddy.  Good thing the walkie-talkies came in a pack of three so Owen  Daddy can play too!

 

 

 

Despite the warning on the sign: CAUTION: Steep Dark Passage, our troops were ready!
