Dr. Seuss Celebrations

Last week families were invited to eat lunch in Logan's classroom.  Owen couldn't wait!!!  He talked about it all morning, "Lunch at Logan's school."  He clutched his lunchbox the entire drive and kept asking, "We there yet?"

 

 

Logan's preschool teacher sent home a paper last weekend for us to keep track of how many books we read. There were 20 lines.  While I hoped to read 20 together we only read 11.  We didn't know that she was going to award prizes (during the lunch) to the top 3 students who read the most books.  Logan was awarded the bronze award which was a plastic Star Wars cup.  He was THRILLED!!!  He turned to me and said, "Boy, this is the best day ever isn't it Mommy?!"
