Happy Thanksgiving

Despite the stomach flu going through the house (including my Mom) we had a very nice Thanksgiving (every body was healthy this day).  Both MiMi and PopPop were in town and kept busy playing with the boys, running to the store and helping in the kitchen.  With much of the prep work completed the day before, and plenty of helping hands, Thanksgiving felt relatively relaxing. 

Ryan took the two older boys first thing to pick up donuts/coffee and deliver them on base to some of his troops who needed to guard the armory over the holiday. Afterwards, he took the boys to see his office.

We enjoyed watching the Macy's parade, got to play outdoors in the sunshine, played cards around the coffee table and had a delicious dinner around 4 pm.

 

The boys helped me make turkey name tags again this year.

Here is our thankful tree this year.  For the first time 'oxygen' was added (by Hayden).
