We enjoy going to Home Depot the first Saturday of every month to participate in their children's workshop. This month was centered around fire safety. They had a fire truck and ambulance in the parking lot for touring. A rescue helicopter even landed in the parking lot!! For the project, the boys put together a helicopter. We ended up completing the project at home.
We should have taken a finished product picture...oops!
Despite this week's weather being near 80 and full of sunshine, last Saturday was blustery, wet and cold!!!! We decided to make hot chocolate to celebrate the turn of seasons. The boys practiced cutting skills using a butter knife and marshmellows. Logan doesn't have anything to show in the pictures because he ate them as fast as he cut them!
