We made good use of our first Saturday without a soccer game in months. We took the boys to Pensacola to a hands-on children's museum. It was a small space whose theme nodded to history. Afterwards, we walked a few blocks to try an Al Fresco dining outdoor park. I mentioned this park in my recent anniversary post. The food was excellent and atmosphere casual fun!
While we were eating a friend approached me and asked if we had enjoyed the touch-a-truck event. Six little ears perked up immediately--TRUCKS!! We teetered with missing Owen's nap window but just couldn't pass up trucks!
A field of trucks, all with doors open and buttons poised for the pushing, is a little boys' (and girls) paradise! In case you are wondering, Owen still took a great nap at home which was lucky for us since Mommy & Daddy were wiped from all the fun!
