While they were in town we spent our mornings at the beach and afternoons back at the house playing and visiting. The kids picked up right where they left off. Having such special friends visit certainly warmed our hearts and home!

A Bit of Bellbrook
Although we only lived in Bellbrook, Ohio for just over 18 months, it captured our hearts and felt like home. Which is why we greatly anticipated a visit from a wonderful family--the Howells. Heather, Dan and their three children, Bella, Charlotte and Alexander, lived a short walk away from our Ohio home. In fact, Heather is responsible for initiating our [ladies and kids] Thursday coffee mornings which became a sacred time and knitted some strong bonds. Most afternoons, weather permitting, Heather and her kids (along with others) would join myself and the boys to play outdoors.
