Owen took his first few independent steps on his 13 month birthday, October 3. Prior to that, he was quite the pro cruising along furniture. His sequence of 6-8 wobbly steps has progressed into laps around the house. He has a need for speed (trying to keep up with big brothers) and attempts to almost run. It usually ends with him falling but he smiles and gets up to try again.
He certainly doesn't look like our baby any more.
