Pumpkin Bread

We cannot get enough of pumpkin bread in this house.  After trying different recipes for a couple of years we finally found a winner.  This one in particular received a chef's highest compliment as our family's toughest food critic (Hayden) exclaimed "This is the best pumpkin bread ever!  It tastes just like the one at the coffee store!"
